Safety on board Jacaranda Bleu is paramount and we advise Guest and Guests parties of our insurance and MCA stipulations.

Jacaranda Bleu cannot be more than 60 miles from a safe haven; we cannot spend more than 24 hours at sea; the boat is only to be used in favourable weather (deemed so by the captain);

Jacaranda Bleu can accommodate 8 sleeping guests on board carring 14 persons on board (10 passengers and 4 crew)

Jacaranda Bleu's cruising range is the Mediterranean only and not EAST of 30 degrees east and not SOUTH of 34 degrees north.

Guests are reminded of the necessity to take Travel Insurance covering them on all activities on baord and where Water Sports are concerned, its is illegal in France for anyone to drive a jet ski without a Personal Watercraft Certificate. All Guests on board using the water sports equipment do so at there own risk. Guests using water sports equipment need to abide by the speed limits and keep clear of all other water based traffic.
